Does the license for Oracle database cover usage of Add-ons/Options/Management packs?

► The Management/Option Packs are available “to use” with Database which has to be separately purchased and they are licenses similar to an Oracle database instance.

► It is important to know that these Management Packs can only be used with Oracle Database “Enterprise Edition” and are not allowed to use just with “Standard edition” licenses.
