Who will provide me with support within the CSP program?

► Within the CSP program, the CSP provider, which is a Microsoft partner, gives you the support you need. This is a 'required by Microsoft for CSP providers' 24/7 solution. There are a number of (smaller) CSP partners that are not able to provide support around the clock and work with a local or global distributor to do so. Ultimately, if you experience problems with your cloud service you go to your own CSP vendor and not directly to Microsoft.
